I personally believe in a few things that have helped me setup my fee structure. I beleive that every home user or home office user should have the same access to quality support and service that the fortune 500 companies have. I also beleive it is not fair to nickel and dime people. I also beleive in this economy not everyone can afford quality computer maintenance and repair services but should have them
But most importantly I choose to operate this business out of my garage and my basement, with little to no over head I can afford to charge much less than anyone who has a commerical storefront, who has employees, or who has inventory and overhead.
For me this is a business and a hobbie, I love helping people and that is why i do what I do, but i also love computers and learning.
ok so for my rates i offer the following
Onsite / In home Repair $35 Per hour
In shop $35 per hour
Pick up and drop off service $15
Remote Services $25 per instance
We offer a free consultation and dianostics.
I also offer weekly, biweekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Bi annual, and annual service contracts with discounts
I also beleive my time is work money and you must be willing to pay for the services i render to you, I am willing to lower fees to a mutually agreed upon fee that will fit both of our needs, I am also willing to barter my services for your services or products.
I also beleive that you need to be 100% satisfied with my work
I also beleive if we can't fix it or repair it then you should pay us for our time!!!
